"_comment": "CORS proxy worker pool for tools that fetch third-party APIs the browser cannot reach directly. Read once per page by mi-proxy.js (window.MIProxy.fetch), used by exposed.html, tech-stack.html, ip.html, ct-monitor.html, cloud-ip.html, wayback-recon.html (CommonCrawl), sitemap-historian.html (live URL checks), threat.html, threat-dashboard.html, mac.html, website-legit-checker.html (crt.sh fallback) and ads-txt-inspector.html (domain /ads.txt, /app-ads.txt, ad-system /sellers.json; after a click only). Wayback Machine (archive.org) requests never use these workers since 2026-10-09: mi-proxy.js sends them directly (availability API) or through the visitor's Archive Helper userscript. Failover: each request starts at a random worker in this list and moves to the next on network error, timeout, HTTP 5xx, HTTP 429 or a proxy refusal; workers that just failed are tried last for 30 s (or their Retry-After). Each entry is a worker origin (https://name.subdomain.workers.dev, no path, no trailing slash) running the same request contract: GET <worker>/?url=<encodeURIComponent(upstream https URL)>. Add a second, independently deployed worker (different account or subdomain) as another string in the workers array.",
