Email Address Profiler

Last updated:

Multi-source email intelligence aggregator. Queries 4 sources (3 via bookmarklet, 1 API) and merges results into a unified profile with owner name, addresses, phone numbers, associated emails, data breach history, and reverse WHOIS domain registrations.

🔧 Step 1: Install the Scraper Button [show]

See the green button below? Drag it up to your bookmarks bar.

Your bookmarks bar is the strip of buttons at the top of your browser, right below the URL bar. If you don't see it, press Ctrl+Shift+B (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+B (Mac) to show it.

🔍 Max Intel Scraper

What this does: Once it's in your bookmarks bar, it becomes a button you can click on any of the 3 lookup sites. It reads the email results shown on the page and sends them back here to MaxIntel. You only need to install it once — it works on all 3 bookmarklet sites automatically.

📧 Step 2: Type the Email Address & Press Enter or Click Search

Enter the email address you want to look up, then press Enter or click the button.

Email Address Profiler — Multi-Source OSINT Intelligence

Email addresses are one of the most powerful OSINT pivots available. A single email can reveal the owner's full name, physical addresses, phone numbers, all associated email addresses, age, relatives, and even which data breaches their credentials have appeared in. This tool automates the process of querying 4 different lookup sites and merging their results into a comprehensive, deduplicated profile.

How It Works

The Email Profiler uses the same bookmarklet architecture as the Phone Profiler. You enter your email, press Enter or click Search, then click the bookmarklet on this page to navigate to the first lookup site. Once that page loads, click the bookmarklet again to scrape the visible data and return here. Keep clicking the bookmarklet on every page until all sites are done. The scraped data is passed back via the URL hash, where it's aggregated and deduplicated into a unified profile. No APIs, no accounts, no data sent to any server.

Data Sources & Complementarity

CyberBackgroundChecks provides structured JSON-LD person records with addresses and AKAs. ThatsThem contributes the richest data: multiple person records, extensive phone lists, previous address history, and up to 20 associated email addresses. HaveIBeenPwned provides unique breach intelligence — which data breaches the email appeared in and what data types were compromised.

Data Deduplication
The profiler normalizes names, merges address records by street matching, and cross-references all data points across sources to build the most complete picture possible.
Breach Intelligence
HaveIBeenPwned data shows the email's exposure history across hundreds of known data breaches, including which specific data types (passwords, phone numbers, addresses) were compromised in each breach.

📧 Email Address Profiler — FAQ

Which sites does this scrape?

CyberBackgroundChecks, and HaveIBeenPwned. Each contributes different data points for maximum coverage.

Do I need accounts on these sites?

No. All 3 sites show data for free without login. HaveIBeenPwned may require a Turnstile CAPTCHA check. Some fields on other sites may be gated behind paywalls, but the bookmarklet extracts everything publicly visible.

Why is HaveIBeenPwned different from the others?

While CyberBackgroundChecks and ThatsThem provide PII (names, addresses, phones), HaveIBeenPwned provides breach intelligence — which data breaches the email address appeared in and what types of data were exposed. This is unique and complementary information.

Does this use any APIs or send data to servers?

No. Everything runs in your browser. The bookmarklet reads the DOM on the target site and passes data back to this page via the URL hash. No data leaves your browser or is sent to any server.

Can I skip a site?

Yes. Click "Skip" on any site in the queue. You can also click "Build Profile Now" at any time to see results from whatever sites you've completed so far.
